Finding land for sale in Ohio isn't as easy as it once was and this, my friends, is why Brandon is here to help you find your very own Ohio property and in turn happy to help you sell your Ohio land as well. Be it a hunting or recreational property, log cabin, farm, country home, getaway rental or vacant land from 2 or 200 acres, he can help you.
Brandon is a U.S. Army Veteran and has attended Hocking College for Natural Resources. Focusing those experiences on Ohio real estate, he takes pride in his work and always strives to do the absolute best for his clients.
Ohio is one of the top producers of corn in the U.S. proving to be a great food sources for mature whitetail deer, making for top notch hunting in Ohio. Growing up in Southeastern Ohio, Brandon has enjoyed hunting whitetail deer and turkeys from a young age.
He and his wife also enjoy getting their two young sons out in nature, from hiking the Hocking Hills to catching critters in ponds and creeks. He knows Ohio is special from the small hobby farms to large family-run operations, all of them are equally important to the Buckeye State's massive food and agriculture industry – the largest industry in the state.
Ohio is also an often-overlooked timber producer. Brandon is proud to say he learned about these subjects as Vice President of his high school FFA Chapter and President of his 4-H club as well as receiving an Ohio State Future Farmers of America Degree and competing in forestry events around the state.
Email, call or text Brandon today and he will help get your goals accomplished, whether it's buying or selling, he’s ready to get his boots dirty for you!
Born and raised in Ohio, Craig Kelley is a true Buckeye at heart. With a deep connection with the Ohio outdoors, he feels fortunate that his career in recreational real estate has become part of this lifestyle. He has spent three decades chasing the all-elusive Whitetail across many states and will put up a good argument that Ohio whitetail hunting ranks with the best of them.
Craig lives in the middle of a small 70-acre Ohio farm and manages a local apple orchard in exchange for hunting rights. It’s safe to say he practices what he preaches.
As a licensed agent, Craig strives to continue being a leader in Ohio land sales. He specializes in listing and selling many types of Ohio land from hunting, recreational, farms and timberland as well as country properties and log cabin getaways.
Craig has represented many investors in the acquisition of income producing farmland, timberland and rural development properties throughout Ohio. He has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions giving him the experience that buyers and sellers deserve. Previously a land specialist with a large brokerage, Craig has received numerous awards for top sales and professionalism.
And as a custom home builder and private investor for 16 years, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge in residential construction and rural land development. Clearly, Craig has found his niche in the non-traditional real estate world of land and rural property sales. He has become a trusted and experienced real estate professional that Ohio buyers and sellers can count on.
